Grades as a judgement metric is outdated as fuck and no one wants to admit it. The goal should be to learn, not be judged. If you get something wrong, you should be able to correct it until you understand it. Passing a class should be connected to learning the material, not memorizing for a few tests coreectly.
Your rights are political. I get the point of the post, that people shouldn’t need to validate their existence, but politics is how you fight for that right. The desire to avoid politics is the advantage of your enemy.
No faith in corporate HR, but concrete knowlege of how payroll works. No company is your friend, they are there to make as much money off of you as possible. Internal meetings are not external interviews, if you were hired to do a job interviewing for a positons and you went through 50-60 people a day with no results, they would replace you.
Intentionally misleading
I doubt he’s using company time if he does 50-60 interviews daily and doesn’t hire anyone. No company would pay you to do that.
Its also not passive if you’re working for it lmao
This implies your only worth as a human is what you produce or “accomplish” by other’s standards. It’s not for me personally, but there’s very much validity in a life spent enjoying life, and not just for a future success.
I think of them as “Gotcha!” games, cause their point is to trick you.

Conservatism is universal, because its the fear of change and the desperate want to maintain control, which is always a losing enterprise. So they need to escalate violence and power grabs as it starts falling through their fingers faster and faster, and always ends in authoritarianism and eventually fascism once violent citizen militias are given state say and funding.

Nah, I knew it was a joke attempt, but it wasn’t apparent enough in its setup so I decided to argue anyway.
I’ve never seen em dahses outside of an academic paper, so saying people use them liberaly is an olypmic level stretch.
Also that comment was clearly written by ai itself.
Thats kinda shitty its a cross. Like holding one religion above the others on a fucking encyclopedia.
My first thought is that its a fancy dueche, so yeah Gwyneth Paltrow seems right.
Can’t help but think if the light really just turned green, or if OP just noticed it was green and assumed it just changed but had been green for a while.
