6·2 days agoIm 60 this year and feel the same now. I don’t know shit, so not sure i should be asked to vote.
Maybe but electoral outcomes can take decades to work out the consequences they have to live with, so it makes some sense.to allow them to have a voice.
When i voted my first time at 18 i wasn’t engaged in either the process or the candidates, it took another couple years, so maybe by the time they’re 18-20 they will take it seriously and be more engaged rather then by the time i was 22-24.
As a 60 yr old, lefty, I don’t think an 80 yr old should have the vote. They had their chance for many, many decades.
My firends BYD has them, he can also turn them on via the app to pre cool or heat them if he wanta. Kinda fuuny to be in the car and says to the in car assistant “Hey BYD,.my balls are hot” and it turns the seat cooling on :)

That’s not true, I noped out after they want pants on head insane after 9/11, you’re just seeing that amped up now. People just normalised it as they will this.
I spent quite a bit of time there and lived their briefly early this century but havent been back since.
There’s so much to see in the US.

Or nightmare because you’re forced to use a car, train travel is laughable and walkabilty is ridiculous in most places.
But to be fair for environmental and carbon emission reasons I don’t fly anymore and try not to drive unless it’s essential.
Maybe but 75,000 dead kids in Gaza killed by US weaponry, so maybe they just have the perspective that we don’t really care about kids at all. After all we shoot them in classrooms all the time as well.
