Donald Trump huffed and puffed online after Maryland Gov. Wes Moore challenged him to walk the streets of his state.
The 79-year-old president lashed out on Truth Social on Sunday at Moore’s “nasty and provocative” invitation three days earlier to join him for some light cardio in Baltimore, calling the city a “crime disaster” and threatening to deploy National Guard troops.
Trump was so angry about the public safety walk invitation that he suggested he may pull federal support for rebuilding the city’s Francis Scott Key Bridge, which collapsed last year.
Ahh wish I could tell ya, but this was at a special olympics event at a local prison yard maybe thirty years ago. The kids all moved on after the event.
So your story is you were at the special olympics and you were dropping retard bombs. doubt [x].
I take it back what events were you competing in?
Lol I hate sports. I was a volunteer, and this was in relation to someone else who said it, and the kid was I think recounting the story to me as like a lesson on how to behave.
Maybe my boss put them up to it, idk. I did use the word pretty liberally back then – though yeah obviously not at a special olympics!
Wow I’m super convinced some kid who repeated something his parents told him./s but sure guy, I’m sure all those things really happened to you, so you didn’t get a metal as least you got to complete.
Well it did happen.
But anyway, the specifics are just flavour. The main point is I remember feeling like it was an actual imposition that I shouldn’t say the word, like I was losing out on something real rofl. Reminds me of some drunken debates I’ve had with losers over using racial slurs.
It actually took a while until I stopped saying it completely, but I always felt off about it, like the word would catch in my throat because I’d think of that kid.
I could rationalize it based on context, but in the end decided it was best to use more precise language when complaining about wrong headed behavior.
