I mean, you get to book sales earlier, which it sounds like games internal company targets. But if you book a sale early, then you can’t book the sales at the regular time, which is gonna artificially depress your sales down the line.

As a European I always found it amusing how creative and ruthless Americans often are at manipulating cheating in ways that aren’t technically illegal. The scheme that caused the financial crisis being a good example. It probably has to do with the insanely high stakes/money involved compared to my tiny country of 6 million people.

But goddam the Chinese are taking this" creativity" to a whole other level!
