I monitor over 8 locations using multiple different services for internet access and Starlink is about as reliable as mpls.

Propane mosquito traps are about the only thing you can use that will make a dent otherwise.

You also don’t doc review just a few hours.
The software is pretty advanced and makes getting through large amounts of discovery fast.
1000 people is a lot.
Brkdncr@lemmy.worldto News@lemmy.world•DOJ calls reports saying AG told Trump he was named in Epstein files "falsehoods"13·4 days agoIt’s hilarious that they didn’t plan for this.
Even “I thought I knew him but I guess not. We were at a number of events together so of course my info will be in there. The guy was social, had a lot of money, and had a lot of friends. We’ll release info” would have made this all go away quietly. They then could have released tidbits every few months and the media would have grown bored of it.
It’s such a dumb self-own they’ve put themselves into. They aren’t even good at cover-ups.

How many people does it take to perform a text search for “Trump” or “Donald”

- attracting top tier talent will be harder
- rent will be more expensive
- childcare will require more sick leave
- illness will require more sick leave
- expanding to new territories will be harder
The c-suite evaluated the cost of rent pretty good and had an existing problem of not being able to hire above average younger talent because the work they were doing was pretty boring. Advertising a good hybrid wfh policy (once a week or once a month in-office depending on different factors) has brought in good people.
Basically, they saw that it was bringing in cash.
The biggest challenge has been getting new hires integrated well with existing team leaders.
There’s also team leaders that refuse to use Teams/zoom, but also don’t answer their phone. In the past you could corner them in their office but now they sort of anchor their team. It’s mostly self-repairing as they stagnate and other teams flourish.

Really? I’m interested but I don’t think I would ask a mod “hey what is it like?”

I’m sure the existing tribes have some form of leadership. Put them in a room together and have them work it out.
I disagree that others groups need to be addressed at the same time. Let’s focus on fixing one issue on its own instead of trying to fix every issue at once. That’s scope creep, and it’s never a good thing.
Lastly, your example of teams being named “Asians” or “Europeans” is not the same, else we would have those names.
Brkdncr@lemmy.worldto politics @lemmy.world•Trump Demands Washington Commanders Return To Original Name 'Immediately' - Newsweek21·7 days agoIt’s not too confusing. Call a person by what they want to be called. I think it’s more respectful to call them native Americans.
I’d also say in this case the brand name Indians, Chiefs, and any other should be handed over to the tribes, and then licensed out however they see fit.
I also think they should have 2 senators, a US rep and an electoral college vote.
