Nicht ganz. Greenpeace, BUND, DGB, Steuerzahlerbund, etc. üben sich durchaus in Lobbyismus. Sie nehmen halt nicht an Abendessen für 9999€ teil und können keine Posten im Vorstand anbieten und haben auch nicht das Geld, ständig Lobbyarbeit zu betreiben.
