Tip your fellow workers. Agitate for companies to pay their workers a living wage, but in the meantime - tip your comrades.

OH MY GOD! They tried to scam you out of a whole $1.49!!!
Don’t care. Round up to ten, you greedy cardboard cutout of a person.
That sounds like a ‘them’ problem. Veganism is based.
Well you’re cranky, aintcha.
This seems like a D&D encounter
Looks like books are back on the menu, boys.
ITT: people really upset at being called ‘vegan’ for some reason.
Just switched to noai.duckduckgo.com. Thanks stranger!
You’re right, it’s just that sometimes the people working at or owning the store are several-decade-old children.
Not everywhere. Some places have them behind the counter because the owners are terminally Puritan-brained.
I mean, would you not want to do this specifically to see its effects on marginalized groups? That seems like a pretty good reason to me.
Yes. We do this literally every day. We pay taxes on what we earn to support those less fortunate. We share with food with coworkers and tools with neighbors. We have EMTs, firemen, and SAR who wilfully run into danger to help people they’ve never met. It’s literally the foundation of society.
I used Redact a while back. Super easy. First replaced everything with filler text, then deleted. Just in case mods have auto-rollback for deletion.
Ah yes, because there are only two parties.
This is entirely an emergent property of FPTP voting. Just do PPV or something, smh my head.
Because it’s true.
I don’t use it because it’s an error-prone black box that also destroys the environment as a kicker.
‘Fine-tuning’ will not fix that.
Yah, I mean a disaster agency running death camps was always farfetched. OTOH we have clear precedent of the US gov running death camps vis-a-vis the Native American reservations, Japanese-American concentration camps, the shit they did in the Philippines…Ironically, it actually isn’t super crazy to think that the US would put you in a death camp if they decided you were the ‘wrong’ minority (waves hands at current events). They were just wrong about ever being even remotely targeted for that.
It’s because driving is fundamentally stressful and requires you to be ‘on the ball’ or risk death. You constantly have to adjust speed and positioning, and monitor everyone around you just in case they make a mistake. Sure, most of this eventually becomes automatic, but that doesn’t mean it isn’t stressful - just that you don’t think about how stressful it is. It’s the most uncomfortable thing people usually do in their day.
