          The kids probably dressed like it or idk what, they attended these parties illegally or some crap

          I tell you what, i’m worried that the christians aren’t even worried that children got raped because they were children, or because the rape, but because it was “sex outside of marriage” or some bullshit. also, you can kill children in gaza or throw them into death camps in florida but they draw the line at somebody having sex with them, because it reveals the lewd and inappropriate character of these kids or sth. i wish i was joking

          i wish we could just have normal discussions about things. instead, the christian movement shouts that if they inflict as much harm on the world as possible, it will speed up the second coming of jesus. even if it did, and jesus does come back, and he takes a good look around and recognizes what these christians have been doing the last 50 years, he surely’s not gonna like it. what the hell do the christians think will happen after jesus comes back? do they think they can just go to heaven, the way they behaved?

            yhea, that’s why so many republicans are pushing to legalize marriage between adults and minors (many who dont do so because it’s already legal in their states).

            Because raping a minor is only evil because it is outside of wedlock.

            the only reasonable solution is for parents to sell their kids to a rapist so they can get raped whenever the rapist wants and be a slave/servant.

            some politicians deserve painful deaths

    There were lawsuits by previous Trump / Epstein victims, who were suppressed via mob-style threats against the women to stay silent. The lawsuits didn’t happen, but the affair made the news. The public knew he was a child sex abuser in 2016.

    Curiously, the kind of scandals that ran roughshod over Bill Clinton (over consensual sexual activity) seemed to slide off Trump, hence the resurrected moniker Teflon Don.

    John Oliver’s LWT presentation on Trump as a 2016 presidential candidate illustrated the issue well: Yes, Hillary Clinton has some scandals and shady dealings, and lets say this bowl of raisins represents those matters. <Raisins start raining from the rafters of the LWT set> This would be the proportionate number of raisins necessary to represent Trump’s scandals.

    Trump lost the popular vote but won the Electoral College – that is, the vote-weighting mechanism baked into the Constitution of the United States, in order to favor the states with slavery-dependent economies, that we’ve known for over a century needed to be fixed and wasn’t. The 2000 election was a clarion call to that effect.

    And it was exactly as bad as we expected to be.

    Reasonable, sober Americans should have known by the history of Reagan through Obama never to elect a Republican to office again, but then put a lot of pressure on the Democrats for election reform. Trump’s election by majority in 2024 demonstrates a critical flaw in the human species

    It may be a matter of multiple critical flaws. I mean rich dudes with too much money even for themselves and their families can’t seem to stop trying to make more money. It may mean we cannot create a stable government that serves the public, or one that is resistant to people who go renegade and try to consolidate power.

    I’m thinking about it like a programming bug. I got nuttin’ yet.

    I know it feels vindictive to say “I told you so,” but this is a chance to unite for a common purpose. Evidence is strongly pointing not only to an elite ring of child sex trafficking, but also an international blackmailing operation. If, and it’s a big if, MAGA holds strong on this issue and everyone else does too, there could be the potential to bring down the uniparty (yes, both Dems and Repubs are implicated. And neither Biden nor Trump have released the Epstein files).

      they’ll join a new right that will pander to their racism.

      Yhea, this might be the best time to deradicalise them, but we’re lucky if we get a handful of bigots to learn and grow.

        The trick is to reradicalize them. Once people realize the real war is the class war, hopefully, they’ll have plenty of new and less bigoted targets for their bloodlust

          Bigotry exist alongside the working class in the 20th century. They made their choice quite clear. They’d rather a support a billionaire brutally oppressing the working class if a single minority gets hurt in the process.
