    This Epstein issue really could be different. The “democrats are pedophiles and Trump is going to stop them” myth is fundamental to MAGA. I don’t think they realize how foundational that was to their movement.

    Meanwhile, Trump is clearly a pedo, ICE grabs kids at the border who disappear, and the administration’s laughable lack of confidence has put the coverup on display for everyone to see.

    It’s not just Epstein. Do you think Trump just gave up on his favorite pastime after he and Epstein had a falling out? He’s the most powerful person in the world, and he has zero self-control. Where are his new victims coming from?

      I wonder if his new ‘plug’ after Epstein was working for the Russians, and the kompromat is hard evidence of Trump fucking children. Either that, or they have hard evidence of him fucking his own daughter - what he’s said about Ivanka over the years implies he’s crossed that line.

        Hard evidence existing may be met with his administration releasing more provably false videos, like the one of Obama being arrested. He’ll then claim that the evidence was manufactured.

    George Houraney, a Florida businessman who arranged the event, told the Times in 2019 he was surprised when he saw the guest list.

    ”I said, ‘Donald, this is supposed to be a party with V.I.P.s,’” Houraney said. “‘You’re telling me it’s you and Epstein?’”

    Jill Harth, Houraney’s then-girlfriend, later accused Trump of forcibly kissing her and fondling her, and keeping her from leaving the same night of the party.

    In 2002, Trump told New York Magazine that Epstein was a “terrific guy.” “I’ve known Jeff for 15 years. Terrific guy,” Trump said. “He’s a lot of fun to be with. It is even said that he likes beautiful women as much as I do, and many of them are on the younger side. No doubt about it — Jeffrey enjoys his social life.”
