Only a few weeks ago, President Donald Trump seemed confident a deal was days away that would end the fighting in Gaza, secure the release of hostages and allow aid to flow into an enclave where people are starving to death.

Remember that biden/Harris admin negotiated a ceasefire then on day 1 trump called up and gave bibi the greenlight to do whatever needed to be done to destroy hamas. Trump actively encourages isreal so much its gross. I hate how he conducts negotiations by bullying the weaker party into submission instead of trying to us US leverage to create a bridge.

Almost the opposite happened. How did this even get upvoted?

      • Jan 13, 2025, Haaretz: Trump’s Mideast Envoy Forced Netanyahu to Accept a Gaza Plan He Repeatedly Rejected

Of course the genocide is bipartisan so the ceasefire was never going to last.

Thats insanely naive. Trumps envoy was included for the last few meetings so they would be up to speed for when the next admin took over the process. In typical trump fashion they tried to take credit for it and you’re here repeating the trump talking points.

The negotiations were done by the biden Harris team and nothing you linked shows otherwise.

The ceasefire was broken under trump and nothing you linked shows otherwise.

Trumps I/P policy has been completely the opposite of the ceasefire deal so to think his envoy had any impact on that deal is actually braindead.

Its always the .ml spreading trump propaganda and false info. You are a bad faith actor undermining democracy.

Sure, and president-elect Ronald Reagan had no effect on the Iran hostage crisis.

Remember that literally, factually never happened. You are rewriting history to defend the Democrats complicity in genocide. You are a genocide denier
