I’m obsessed with it right now. It’s historical, easy to watch (apart from the endless rapes which I can just ignore) and fun. It’s good mindless telly.

I did enjoy watching this series with my partner, even though it’s very out of my wheelhouse. We regularly yell “Mark me James!” at each other at inopportune times.
Endless rapes is right. I had to stop watching after the 4th, 5th,…
Yep it gets worse. I’m on s2 they went 3 whole episodes without one but then naturally there was one. I’ve googled and it gets worse, it’s cheap.
