I know of a YouTuber called the blind homesteader. He has family and friends help him. They have quite the homestead and he often helps the community around his homestead too.
Use a virtual card like the ones from privacy. You can select if it’s a one time payment or a monthly payment and set limits.

Also check out your local food bank, lots of free stuff to fill the kitchen, then you just have to buy a few staples that are missing from the food bank items. (The one near me doesn’t have milk, eggs, meat, etc. but they have plenty of vegetables and fruit and some snacks) also a monthly box filled with canned foods.

I have been using a program called GPT4ALL and you can download many models and run them locally. They give you a prompt at boot if you want to share data or not. I select no and use it offline anyway.
